Qualifications
We are fully insured and licensed by the New York State Department of Labor.
In New York State, if you decide to have someone assess and remediate an area with more than 10 square feet of mold, the Department of Labor (DOL) requires you to hire a licensed Mold Assessor to first perform an inspection and then a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor to perform the cleanup work.
